On pre-owned motorcycles, All electrical items including but not limited to Heated Grips, Heated seats, Battery Tender Plugs, Radios and any accessories added are not inspected by our technicians for workability. It’s up to the buyer to make sure these accessories are in working condition. Customers are advised to purchase an Extended Service Plan to protect them on these items and their entire pre-owned purchase. If a customer is looking for a specific VIN data information on a specific motorcycle, it is the customer’s responsibility. Three Rivers Harley-Davidson will not be responsible for obtaining any 3rd party reports.
