I appreciate the over the top service
On Friday I went to lunch while I was at work. I had taken my 2015 Ultra Classic to work that day. While coming back from lunch my kickstand started dragging on the ground. Besides the noise and fear of something more going wrong, I held it up with my left foot until I was able to park it back at work. I noticed the spring was gone. While at work, I was trying to figure out how to get home, get it fixed, etc. I had a buddy at work go with me to duct tape the kickstand to the frame so I could at least ride to your dealership. This also gave me a problem...how do I get off the bike and get the part with the kickstand taped up. Luckily for me someone came out of the store as I pulled up and I asked if he could grab someone, to try to figure out something. When the service guy came out he told me to go around to the service door. I thought he was just going to go in a grab the spring I needed. I then was thinking how was I going to go home and get this fixed by myself. Without telling the guy my situation he just started to put the spring on. It relieved me of hours of stress and frustration if I had gone home. This to me was a perfect service, above and beyond what I would have expected. I didn't get the guys name but please make sure he knows how much I appreciate his over the top service to get me back on the road.
