It’s up to the buyer to make sure these accessories are in working condition. Customers are advised to purchase an Extended Service Plan to protect them on these items and their entire pre-owned purchase.
If a customer is looking for a specific VIN data information on a specific motorcycle, it is the customer’s responsibility. Three Rivers Harley-Davidson will not be responsible for obtaining any 3rd party reports.
